Story

The joy of singing fills the room when- and wherever Vusa Mkhaya, Vienna based Zimbabwean singer-songwriter is making music. His popular vocal trio Insingizi fittingly appears on the 2016 documentary In Search of the Great Song, he combines Mozart with zulu tradition: the universal power of music informs all of his projects. Although his songs also deal with the darker moments of his native country’s history, his concerts never fail to give listeners a revelatory and joyful experience.
